Hi, I’m Amanda Jones.

I’m the founder of Whole Body Brain, where I help adults change their long-term cognitive trajectory using science-based diet and lifestyle strategies.

My work is both professional and personal. With advanced training in Human Nutrition and Functional Medicine — and a family history that places me at higher Alzheimer’s risk — I’m deeply committed to helping others protect their cognitive future.

For more than 14 years, I’ve worked as a clinician and educator, translating complex neuroscience and nutrition research into practical, real-world action.
