Hello, I'm Amanda Jones.
Â
For the past decade, I’ve immersed myself in the study of nutrition and lifestyle medicine. This journey has taken many forms—whether it’s preparing a nourishing batch of soup for loved ones, teaching children in public schools, serving as a lead instructor at one of the nation's top nutrition schools, working as an integrative practitioner in a medical clinic, or leading groups and offering private coaching.
Along the way, I've worked with hundreds of clients, taught thousands of students, and built a knowledge base and skill set that I hope can serve you!

My Story
Growing up, I watched my mother care for my grandmother, who lived to be 102. Sadly, the last 20 of those years were darkened by dementia. Living with my grandmother gave me a front-row seat to the devastating loss and hardship that dementia brings—not just to those who suffer from it, but to their loved ones as well.
When I discovered that my mother and I had inherited genetic variants that increased our risk of developing dementia, I became determined to change our fate. I began studying brain health in earnest, seeking ways to protect us from the same outcome.
As I surveyed the resources available for people like me, who want to take a proactive approach to brain health, I found a wealth of information. But most of it was locked away in dense research literature, with no clear path to integrate the best practices into daily life. That’s why I developed Whole Body Brain - to gather the most promising research on diet and lifestyle for healthy brain aging and put it into a educational programs everyone, not just scientists, can benefit from.
