The program also focuses on strengthening the most brain-supportive aspects of a whole-foods diet, helping participants avoid common pitfalls of poorly designed ketogenic diets — including cardiovascular or digestive challenges — while incorporating strategies such as time-restricted eating and intermittent fasting. In other words, you won’t just learn how to follow keto; you’ll learn how to build sustainable nutrition habits that support lifelong health.

THE PROGRAM
KetoCognition is a structured coaching program that moves through five phases, each building on the last.
PHASE 1 - GET READY (Steps 1-2)
We begin with preparation — understanding the framework, assessing your starting point and goals, and laying the groundwork for a strong start.

PHASE 2 — CUT CARBOHYDRATES (Steps 3–6) We systematically remove added sugars, then grains and starchy foods, with guidance on managing the transition and preventing the symptoms that often derail early efforts. From there, we identify your personal carbohydrate threshold — the level that supports ketosis for you specifically, not a generic target. We also explore replacements for your most commonly used carbohydrate sources, strategies for targeting high-nutrient options, demystifying concepts like "resistant starch," and tools for handling cravings.

PHASE 3 — BUILD YOUR FAT AND PROTEIN FOUNDATION (Steps 7–8) With carbohydrates addressed, we turn to the quality and quantity of fat and protein. This includes macro planning grounded in brain-health priorities, with attention to the specific considerations that apply to APOE4 carriers — including what actually makes a fat "healthy," and how much protein you may actually need.

PHASE 4 — ADD YOUR FASTING WINDOW AND BEGIN MEASURING (Steps 9–11) With a clearer picture of what to eat, how much, and how to prepare it, we go deeper into fasting, ketone measurement, and targeted strategies to support ketone production. By this phase, most clients are seeing consistent readings and understand how to interpret them.

Cohort Commitment, Refunds & Access
The KetoCognition Group program runs on a fixed cohort schedule. If plans change, refund requests submitted in writing at least 7 days before the cohort start date will be honored. Once the cohort begins, all sales are final.
There are no individual make-up sessions, though recordings are made available to enrolled participants within the platform.
Digital materials remain accessible for 12 months following the cohort start date.Â

1:1 Coaching Scheduling, Cancellations & Refunds
For the KetoCognition 1:1 program, all live coaching sessions must be completed within 6 months of enrollment. Digital materials remain accessible for 12 months from the date of enrollment.
To reschedule or cancel a session, please provide at least 24 hours' written notice. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice or missed without notice are considered forfeited and are not eligible for credit or refund. If you choose to discontinue before your program is complete, you may request a prorated refund for unused sessions in writing to [email protected]. Sessions already completed are non-refundable.
