 Scheduling, Cancellations & Refunds
While scheduling is flexible, all live coaching sessions must be completed within 6 months of enrollment.
Digital materials remain accessible for 12 months from the date of enrollment.
To reschedule or cancel a session, please provide at least 24 hours' written notice. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice or missed without notice are considered forfeited and are not eligible for credit or refund. If you choose to discontinue before your program is complete, you may request a prorated refund for unused sessions in writing to [email protected].
