Service Overview
ApoE4 Course
A self-paced education to accelerate your understanding of APOE4, the most common genetic variant associated with Alzheimer’s disease risk.
Single Consultations
- If you are just starting out with Apollo Health's PreCODE® or ReCODE® programs, I offer single 1hr sessions to help you generate a report (with lab testing outside of Apollo Health's system) or review a new report.
- If you are interested in learning about your unique genetic variant in genes related to longevity and brain health, I offer an at-home genetic panel + written report + live consultation to review findings.

- KetoCognition (12-Session Program) - A structured program designed to help you achieve and maintain nutritional ketosis, aligned with the Bredesen KetoFlex 12/3 approach.
- Whole Body Brain Coaching Package (6 Session Coaching Package) - A more individualized coaching package focused on personalized nutrition, lifestyle strategies, and deeper clinical support for preventing cognitive decline.

PreCODE®/ReCODE® Report Generation
This service supports clients who complete lab testing outside the Apollo Health system (e.g., through insurance or a primary care provider) and need assistance inputing their health data to generate a ReCODE Report.
When labs are ordered outside Apollo Health, results are not automatically integrated into the platform. This service ensures accurate manual entry of all lab data into the Apollo ReCODE system.
Included:
- Manual entry of external laboratory results into the Apollo ReCODE platform
- Completion of required intake questionnaires and report setup
- Generation of the ReCODE Report within the system
- Up to a 30-minute phone consultation (if needed) to resolve setup issues, clarify missing data, and ensure report readiness
PreCODE®/ReCODE® Report Review
If you’ve received your PreCODE or ReCODE report (sample) and are not yet ready to commit to a full coaching package or a more comprehensive clinical intake process, this session offers a focused, low-commitment starting point.
This 60-minute consultation is designed to help you understand what your report is showing and what it may mean within the context of the Apollo Health framework, so you can make informed decisions about your next steps.

- Full 60-minute one-on-one consultation
- Guided review of your PreCODE or ReCODE report
- Clarification of key biomarkers, patterns, and findings
- Real-time answers to your questions
- Discussion of how to prioritize next steps

Genetic Test, Report, & Consultation
This service combines at-home genetic testing with a guided interpretation session. It is designed to provide clarity on key genetic findings and how they may relate to cognitive health, healthy aging, and your broader health priorities.
The MaxFunction Panel from MaxGen Labs (sample) analyzes approximately 100 genetic variants associated with brain health, metabolism, and longevity pathways, including ApoE status.
Included:
- Non-invasive at-home genetic testing kit (MaxFunction Panel from MaxGen Labs)
- Laboratory analysis of ~100 genetic variants related to cognitive health and healthy aging
- Detailed written genetic report
- 60-minute one-on-one results review consultation to help understanding what your findings mean in practical terms, highlight the most clinically relevant results in the context of your health goals, and connect them to your broader health context and decision-making priorities.
Programs & Packages
KetoCognition is my structured coaching program designed to help you achieve and sustain therapeutic nutritional ketosis in support of brain health. Using a step-by-step framework that combines education, practical implementation, and personalized support, you'll build the knowledge and skills needed to successfully implement and sustain a brain-healthy ketogenic lifestyle. The program is aligned with the principles of Dr. Dale Bredesen's KetoFlex 12/3 approach and is appropriate for both PreCODE and ReCODE participants.

Note: This package does not include a comprehensive intake or full health history review. It is well suited for individuals who already work with a ReCODE-trained primary care provider and are primarily seeking focused support with dietary implementation and therapeutic ketogenic strategies.
If you are looking for a more personalized approach that includes a detailed intake, broader health context review, and individualized recommendations, the Whole Body Brain Coaching Package may be a better fit.
New Client Coaching Package
This coaching package is designed for individuals who are ready to take a deeper, more individualized approach to improving their brain health. Whether you're participating in Apollo Health's PreCODE or ReCODE program or pursuing cognitive health independently, this package provides the ongoing guidance and support needed to successfully implement lasting diet and lifestyle changes.
After completing the package, additional individual coaching sessions are available on an as-needed basis.
Included:
- Six 60-minute private coaching sessions (video or phone)
- Individualized supplement, dietary, and lifestyle recommendations + behavior change coaching
- Detailed intake and review of available laboratory data, health reports, and comprehensive health history
- Guidance implementing the Bredesen 7 strategies and KetoFlex 12/3 principles
- Written session summaries with action steps after each appointment
- Educational resources and handouts as needed
- Secure messaging support between sessions
- Select functional laboratory testing is available, but costs are separate.
