ReCODE/PreCODE Report Generation
PreCODEĀ®/ReCODEĀ® Report Generation Service When you join Apollo Health, you have the option to purchase laboratory testing directly through the Apollo platform. If you do, your lab results are automatically imported into your account, and your ReCODE Report is generated for you. If you choose to have your labs ordered outside of Apollo Healthāsuch as through your primary care provider or another healthcare practitioner using your health insuranceāyour lab results must be manually entered into the Apollo platform by a certified ReCODE practitioner or coach before your ReCODE Report can be generated. This service includes: Manual entry of your laboratory results into the Apollo ReCODE platform Completion of the required questionnaires and report setup Generation of your ReCODE Report This service saves you time and ensures your report is complete and ready for review. Because every client's situation is a little different, this service also includes up to a 30-minute phone consultation, if needed, to address setup questions, clarify missing information, troubleshoot issues with your account or lab results, and ensure everything required for report generation is completed. Scheduling will be handled via email after purchase. Please note: This service is for ReCODE Report generation only. It does not include interpretation of your report, personalized recommendations, or health coaching.

Genetic Test, Report, & Consultation
This consultation includes a non-invasive, at-home genetic test, a detailed written report, and a 60-minute consultation to review your results. The MaxFunction Panel from MaxGen Labs analyzes approximately 100 genetic variants related to cognitive health and healthy aging (including ApoE). During our consultation, we'll discuss the findings, answer your questions, and identify the results most relevant to your health goals.
