Hi, I'm Amanda Jones. I have a MS in Human Nutrition and Functional Medicine - and I also have a family history and genetic predisposition for Alzheimer's disease. I've seen too many wise women taken by dementia. For me, preventing neurodegeneration is a personal passion.
